It offers Emergency Medical Services provides a 24-hour Advanced Life Support Ambulance for all City of Flandreau residents and visitors to the City. Provides stand-by services for fires, athletic events, and other community functions. The ambulance team can also provide CPR/First Aid Training, car seat checks, and other community education.

Non-profit organization dedicated to prevent injuries through education and resources to the community and employees on the roads, at home and at work. Provides Occupational Safety & Health training along with First Aid, CPR/AED, Mental Health First Aid, and Defensive Driving courses. Also provides the South Dakota Motorcycle Rider's Education courses.

Focused on developing resources to ensure that citizens are equipped to meet challenges faced by family agriculture, small business, rural health care system, and school districts. Programs include statewide youth camps, rural and economic development course for high schools, rural and economic development course for community members, and young producers conference for those from SD currently farming.

Improves community life and the lives of individuals by providing positive experiences and learning opportunities. Community Education offers a variety of classes including on-line classes, music, language, computer, physical and emotional health and fitness, home property, hobby, travel, and personal enrichment for adults and youth. Gold Card events are offered during the school year for ages 60+ in this district. Summer camp information is listed in the Community Education Spring Catalog and on Facebook. Driver education classes are offered at each high school for high school age students in the Spring, Summer and Fall.
