Provides psychiatric services to adults diagnosed with a severe mental illness who are in need of case management and/or medication management. The transitional housing is an 11 bed facility with private rooms that provides supportive services to individuals who are homeless or currently residing in an unstable environment who have a substance use disorder as well as a severe mental illness. This is a sober living environment. Residents are provided 2 meals per day during weekdays and 3 meals per day on the weekend. Residents are expected to participate in constructive daily activity outside of the transitional facility 9:00am - 3:00pm, on weekdays. Life skills groups and on-site laundry also provided.

Alcohol and Drug Program treatment approach is based on the 12-step program of Alcoholics Anonymous and reality therapy. Intensive, non-residential treatment program providing services to children who meet the states' Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED) criteria and would not be successful in less restrictive services. Also provides services to their families. Incorporating counseling, case management, and family support services, with the goal of assisting in the development of a nurturing and stable family environment in which children may grow. A counselor along with family, individuals supporting the family, and professionals will develop a customized treatment plan which will assist in meeting the needs of the child and family. Services provided to program participants include 24-hour crisis assistance, counseling services, chemical dependency screenings and assessments, case management, dedication management, psychiatric services, classes and workshops on mental health topics, early childhood mental health services, and play therapy for children ages 0 to 5. Some therapies offered in this program include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), and Aggression Replacement Therapy (ART).

Pharmacy Services include private consultation, medication therapy management services, home and mail delivery, durable medical equipment, medication synchronization, compounding, over the counter medications, and first aid supplies.
