Provides nutritious meals, companionship, and community support to seniors and individuals in need while empowering them to live independently with dignity in their homes. Consists of a hot meal delivered to their door Monday through Friday from 10:45am to 12:30pm. Menus meet 1/3 of the Dietary Reference Intakes (DRI's) for the population served. Menus are designed by a Registered Dietitian and are low in fat and sodium.
