Accelerate Center for Intensive Early Intervention serves: Kids ages 2-6 (with speech and occupational therapies; addressing areas such as communication, social interaction, regulation and coping, peer interactions, motor and daily living skills) Kids lagging behind developmentally with or without a diagnosis Kids with autism Kids with Sensory Processing Disorder Kids with other genetic or developmental disabilities Skills are addressed in small groups of 3-4 children in 2 hour sessions, 5 days per week. The Health Cooperative is here to partner with patients to stay healthy and meet their health goals. An inter-professional team is available to offer early evaluations of adult health concerns. Works alongside patients and their doctors to improve patient health. Team consists of registered nurses, a pharmacist, an occupational therapist, a physical therapist and a dietitian.

18-bed critical access hospital provides 24-hour emergency service, inpatient and outpatient care, ambulance service, home health care, laboratory services, physical therapy, and medication disposal.

Home Health can help patients make a good transition from hospital to home, or receive the help and care they need at home. Services include physical and occupational therapy, medication management, wound care, IVs and central lines, personal care, light housekeeping and meal preparation.

Offers skilled nursing care for either short-term rehabilitation or extended long-term care needs. Provides daily activities, physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapy, and 24-hour a day nursing care. Accepts Medicare and Medicaid.
