Provides coaching, education and mentorship services to both youth and adults in transition; life transition, work transition or transition from incarceration and homelessness. Support is provided to the vulnerable through group and individual life, character and career coaching classes.

Providing academic support, mentorship, recreational activities and career guidance for students in 6th - 12th grade. Nourishing meals and snacks are provided.

The Child Care Helpline identifies child care providers for all families, including people with non-traditional work schedules and parents of children with special needs. Free, year round drop-in youth center, offering homework help, video games, a music room, art supplies, billiards, and so much more. In addition to the youth center, it also hosts a variety of youth-oriented after school programs and special events where teens can spend time with their friends in a safe, supervised setting.

After-school care for boys and girls ages 10 - 18 meeting intensive outpatient guidelines for addiction recovery treatment. Services offered include drug and alcohol treatment needs assessment, intensive outpatient group program, Continued Care group program, Individual therapy, and the Learning Above and Beyond (LAB) afterschool prevention based program. ​Telehealth options available.

Youth participate in a variety of activities such as homework help/tutoring, organized sports programs, Youth for Unity, Teen Center, and guided activities on character and leadership, education and career skills, and healthy living/active lifestyles. Snacks are provided to the youth. The Club is open year round with a summer program that provides a safe, fun place for children. Benefits include swimming lessons, outdoor activities, and hands-on reading, math, science activities (STEM) to keep young minds engaged out of school and lessen the summer learning gap.

Custer YMCA offers programs for adults and children. Programs include childcare, adult sports, archery, aquatics (swim lessons, lap swim, aquatic group exercise), CPR and First Aid instruction, fitness center, soccer, basketball, baseball, pickleball, tumbling, tennis, martial arts, senior walking, and summer day camps.

Sistema-based program serves children ages 7 - 18 through immersive music education and performance.

Madison Community Center oversees the following services: ASP (After School Program) which is designed to offer kids a safe and adult supervised environment filled with physical and educational activities, Madison Parks including recreation, youth programs, ice skating rinks and Madison associations including youth baseball, Madison Aquatic Center, CC Wellness Studio, fitness, and Birthday Party Rooms.
