The Belle Silver Lining Senior Citizens Center (BSLSCC) is a place for senior citizens to meet and engage in activities, educational programs, exercise and dance, clubs, community involvement, and much more. Provides and coordinates phone outreach and support for isolated or homebound residents at no charge. Medical equipment available such as walkers, hospital beds, wheelchairs, etc. free of charge to those in need. A nurse is on site every Monday (2:00pm - 4:00pm) to do toenails, blood pressures, as well as answer any medical or home health questions.

Black Hills Advocate helps a variety of people including people who are aging, people who are caregivers for a loved one or families with aging parents who live in the Black Hills. Black Hills Advocate also assists people who are facing illness; either short term or long term. They also facilitate a culture of transparency between patient and provider. Black Hills Advocate provide services including accompaniment to doctor/hospital visits, coordination of all health care providers, maintain portfolio of medical history, communicate with client's accountants, attorneys & financial planners, process monthly bill paying & bank statement reconciliation, implement financial planning strategies, assist with completion of health insurance & financial assistance applications, research treatment options, assist with advance directives (Health Care or Financial POA, Living Will, etc.), perform wellness visits at home or extended care facilities, coordinate end-of-life requests & after care planning, provide Guardianship & Conservatorship, advocate for patient's rights & medical needs, and assist with level of care choices & placement.

Providing emotional and resource support to older adults through weekly supportive phone calls. Program participants receive the following: - Weekly scheduled phone calls for 6 weeks transitioning to monthly. Total length of program is 6 months. Information on additional community resources available to them. Assistance in developing additional support systems. For clients who are not currently enrolled in the program but are wanting to be, please complete the Outreach Support Intake Form.
Provides nutrition and supportive services for the aging population with a primary focus on the elderly. These include assisted living, case management, congregate meals, employment services, financial assistance, government assisted housing, home delivered meals, home modification/repair, information and referral/assistance, legal assistance, personal care, respite care, telephone reassurance, transportation, and volunteer services.

An addiction wellness nonprofit that provides professional, compassionate peer coaching to anyone impacted by alcohol or other drugs, including loved ones. Peer coaching is a recovery support system where coaches draw on their lived experiences to help others on their paths to wellness. A peer coach is a wellness partner who provides knowledge, support, skills and accountability, depending on each person's individual needs. Coaches assist with all areas of a person's life, not just the use of alcohol or other drugs. Sobriety is not required, and members are supported in whatever wellness goals are meaningful to them.
