Long Term Services and Supports provides opportunities to enhance the quality of life for older adults, adults with disabilities, and their caregivers through home and community based services. Services Include: home care services to help adults remain in their home, safety and help moving around, nutrition and meals, Senior Health Information and Insurance Education (SHIINE) providing individuals information about benefits they can receive through Medicare, caregiver support, Structured Family Caregiving, residential living services, Ombudsman program providing advocacy and education for residents, family, and staff in long term care settings, and adult protective services providing interventions to protect vulnerable adults from abuse, neglect, and exploitation.

Home Health services includes the following: Personal Care: Personal Hygiene and Grooming, Meal Prep, feeding, and clean-up, medication reminders, transportation to and from appointments, errands, and events, exercise and nutrition support, and safety and fall risk appraisals. Companion Care: Doing day-to-day activities, laundry and light housekeeping, 24-hour care, and walks outside/inside. Respite Care is available for families to relieve them of their duties while on vacation or out for a few hours. Also offers supplemental care if loved one resides in an assisted living or similar medical facility.

Provides a variety of home health service including nursing services (nail care, diabetic testing and monitoring, injections, catheter and ostomy care, etc.), personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding, ambulation & mobility, incontinence care etc.), homemaking/companion care (laundry, housekeeping, meal preparation, etc.), and structured family caregiving (a program which provides a financial stipend to family members who provide personal care and support services to an individual in their private home or the private home of the principal caregiver).
