CHOICES Residential Services program serves adolescents and adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral/emotional or psychiatric disorders. Components of the program include residential services, independent living training, educational services, and therapeutic and psychiatric services (individual and group therapy).

Long Term Services and Supports provides opportunities to enhance the quality of life for older adults, adults with disabilities, and their caregivers through home and community based services. Services Include: home care services to help adults remain in their home, safety and help moving around, nutrition and meals, Senior Health Information and Insurance Education (SHIINE) providing individuals information about benefits they can receive through Medicare, caregiver support, Structured Family Caregiving, residential living services, Ombudsman program providing advocacy and education for residents, family, and staff in long term care settings, and adult protective services providing interventions to protect vulnerable adults from abuse, neglect, and exploitation.

Telecommunication Adaptive Devices: Provides adapted telecommunication services, which includes an emergency phone dialer. American's with Disabilities Act: Serves as educators and consultants for contractors, businesses, organizations, and individuals regarding the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and its guidelines and requirements. Assistive Daily Living Services: Provides services for people ages 18 and older, with physical disabilities affecting all four limbs, who need assistance with daily living activities. Services include program education and support and personal attendant services. Home Again South Dakota: Provides options for older adults and/or people with disabilities living in nursing homes, hospitals, or long-term care facilities to enable them to successfully return to their homes and communities. Black Hills Works is a community support provider that offers an array of programs to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Services include residential, employment, volunteer and community services, specialty services, and art expression.

 LifeScape has licensed residential programs for children and adults in Sioux Falls. Children/Young Adult - LifeScape offers a structured residential program for children and young adults through age 21. The goal is to return individuals to their own families and schools as quickly as possible. Most attend the specialty school, but some may attend a public school. ​Adults - Some live in apartments or homes that they rent or own. Others live in groups of four to 12 in properties owned by LifeScape. Some adults need support 24 hours a day, and others need help only one or two hours a month.

Provides support services for adults with disabilities including accessible housing, nursing care, physical habilitation, and day services. This includes employment and volunteer opportunities. The goal is to help people with disabilities live full and meaningful lives and help them be their own best advocates.

Home Health may be considered for people who are recovering from an illness, injury, or surgery, undergoing treatment, people with disabilities, and those who are chronically ill or terminally ill. Services offered are skilled nursing care, home health aides for personal care, rehabilitation therapy (physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy), social services, patient/family education, medication monitoring, and nutrition consultation.
