Family Visitation Center (FVC) is available to parents and their children as a resource for families seeking a wide range of services in the process of custody and visitation litigation. The safety and comfort of the child is of utmost importance. Services include supervised visitation, supervised phone calls, safe exchanges, common sense parenting classes, and responsive parenting classes.

Provides 24-hour shelter for domestic violence / sexual assault victims and their children. The purpose of this agency is to provide a safe, warm environment for individuals and families whose lives are impacted by violence in the home. Services include 24-hour hotline that is answered by trained advocates, Weekly domestic violence support group, Weekly parenting class (Common Sense Parenting), Education for clients on choices, Assistance is provided in obtaining a new home if needed, Assistance with Protection Orders and going to court proceedings, and River City Family Visitation Center. Safe Harbor assists victims of violence, domestic violence, stalking, sexual assault, elder abuse, human trafficking and stalking through shelter for victims (male victims housed in separate facility), crisis line, support groups, mobile rape / assault task force, information about community resources, community and public education, protection order assistance, and Kids Konnection Visitation and Exchange Center.

Individual, family, and couples therapy to all ages including children, adolescent, as well as married, never married, separating, or divorcing families. Areas of focus include work and career adjustment, stress management, grief and loss, parenting skills, conflict management, custody, co-parenting education, custody evaluations, parenting time, divorce, community supervised visitation (for children, elderly and disabled individuals requiring supervision), financial, and Ag mediation. Alcohol and/or drug testing to include hair follicle testing, nail testing, urinalyses, breathalyzer and PEth blood testing. Guardianship and Conservatorship.

Provides non-judgmental advocacy, intervention, and shelter of victims of domestic abuse, sexual assault, child abuse, and elder abuse. Also provides visitation services and education about the issues which surround domestic violence.

A domestic violence shelter that offers a 24-hour crisis line for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Other services include support groups, court advocacy, shelter for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking along with their children, crisis counseling, rape crisis services, protection orders, supervised visitation, neutral exchanges, food pantry, Common Sense Parenting and Birth to Three Responsive Parenting classes, and life skills training.
