Disability Rehabilitation Services | Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute

Provides a continuum of rehabilitation services for people with short- and long-term conditions, injuries, and disabilities. The South Dakota Driver's License Program is responsible for individuals that are applying for a South Dakota Driver's License or Identification Card. - What documents do I need? Visit https://dps.sd.gov/driver-licensing/required-documents for a list of the needed / appropriate documents. - For driver tests, duplicates, and renewals, you must either call (605) 773-6883 between 8:00am - 5:00pm to schedule an appointment or schedule online at www.dps.sd.gov. Driver tests must be scheduled, at least two weeks before the desired test date. - Driver Education: Is offered across South Dakota by various local entities and schools. Summer Camps | Lutherans Outdoors in South Dakota

NeSoDak - Located on a beautiful Glacial Lake, NeSoDak provides a safe place for youth to build relationships, develop new skills and live in a grace-filled community. NeSoDak specializes in summer youth programs, including 1-2-3 camps (two nights) for elementary youth, half-week and week-long camps for middle school through junior high youth, Servant Journey and adventures camps. Klein Ranch - Klein Ranch is a unique camp that offers youth the opportunity to begin to stretch their boundaries, and abilities, as they ride horses on 2,300 acres of Wild West ranch country. Campers can spend a week exploring the prairie on horseback and participating in other activities, such as hiking the mini badlands, having an overnight campout, playing games and more. Through the camp's small group community, youth strengthen their identity and gain depth in their faith. At Klein Ranch, youth also develop a sense of responsibility for themselves and for others as they care for the animals at the camp. Skate Parks | City of Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation

Sioux Falls has three skate parks: Drake Springs Skate Park, Kuehn Park, and Barb Iverson Skate Plaza. Only skateboards, inline skates, and BMX bikes allowed. No other wheeled devices of any kind are allowed within the skate park. Availability of skate parks in the future may be dependent on patrons' compliance with the following: Skate at your own risk as parks are not supervised and users assume all risks inherent in the use of these facilities. Use of these facilities may result in serious injury or death. It is strongly recommended that users wear an approved helmet, knee and elbow pads, and wrist guards. Food and drink are not allowed inside the rink or skate park areas. Glass, alcohol, and smoking are prohibited. No stickers, loud music, inappropriate language/actions, or reckless behavior allowed.

Aquatics | City of Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation

Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation operates the Midco® Aquatic Center and eight other facilities, including three family aquatic centers, two neighborhood aquatic facilities, three spray parks, and two wading pools. Open swim at aquatic facilities is 1:00pm - 5:00pm and 6:30pm - 8:00pm daily. Children 6 years old and younger must be supervised by someone at least 16. The ratio of children 6 and younger must not exceed five per adult. Spray parks are open 11:00am - 8:00pm. Swim passes are available to buy or renew. Swim passes may be used at any of the following aquatic facilities when open: Drake Springs Family Aquatic Center, daily admission or swim pass Frank Olson Pool, daily admission or swim pass Hayward Park Splash Pad, free Kuehn Park Pool, daily admission or swim pass Laurel Oak Family Aquatic Center, daily admission or swim pass Midco® Aquatic Center, daily admission or swim pass McKennan Park Wading Pool, free Pioneer Spray Park, free T. Denny Sanford Splash Pad, free Terrace Park Family Aquatic Center, daily admission or swim pass There are programming and events happening at each pool during the summer, find dates and locations at Siouxfalls.gov/guide. Swimming lessons are available indoor year-round at the Midco Aquatic Center. Outdoor lessons are available during the summer at various outdoor pool locations. Registration is online. Courses are divided into six levels, starting with Level 1 for children aged 5 and older who are comfortable standing in three feet of water without support. Please note that successful demonstration of skills from the preceding level is a prerequisite for all levels except Level 1.

Ice Rinks | City of Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation

Sioux Falls has six ice rinks around the city. Each ice rink has a warming house, limited concessions, vending and skate rentals available. Hours may change, subject to weather. Hours of operation are for the warming house. Those who have their own skates are welcome to skate during normal park hours. **Parents of small children should be especially aware of weather conditions and warming house hours before leaving children at the outdoor rinks when weather conditions are extreme. Children ages 6 and under must be accompanied by someone 16 years of age or older.
