They include: Rails Strength & Fitness - constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity, Group Fitness - more than 100 classes a week that are included in membership including specialty fitness classes, InBody Consultation - Body composition assessments for those ages 12+, Personal Training - staff can create a personalized training and nutrition regimen, Wellness Center - cardio equipment and weight equipment, and Lap and Open swim pool schedule/Swim lessons.
