Provides the opportunity to play and compete in sports for youth and adults who have physical disabilities. Members do not have to be in a wheelchair to participate.

Provides equestrian programs and therapies to individuals with physical, emotional, and/or cognitive challenges (5 years old and up). No equipment requirements, no experience needed.

Provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community. The following seasonal sports are offered by Rapid City FLAME: Aquatics, basketball, bocce, bowling, golf, powerlifting, skiing, soccer, softball, t-ball, track, unified teams, volleyball, and young athletes.

The Extended Care and Rehab Service Line includes the following services: Caregiver support group, spinal cord injury / disorder program, full suite of therapies, chiropractic care, integrative health services, adaptive sports, low vision and visually impaired services, inpatient community living center, pain management, whole health services, community living center, hospice/palliative Care, polytrauma/traumatic brain injury (TBI), geriatrics & extended care (GEC), medical foster home, and home health care.

Provides outdoor recreational projects, equipment, and adaptive activities to people of all ages living with a disability. Also provides information and referral services to those living with disabilities in search of resources and opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.

SPURS provides therapeutic horseback riding for children and adults with all degrees of disabilities.
