Fishing and Boating | South Dakota Game, Fish, and Parks

Game, Fish, and Parks has information on fishing, boating, canoe and kayak, and aquatic invasive species across the state as well as Life Jacket Loaner Program, Fishing regulations, Boating roles and regulation, and Tools for fishing.  Life Jacket Loaner Program rents life jackets for free that can be loaned out for up to two weeks at a time. The program is designed to educate the public about life jacket wear and safety and provides a way to get life jackets to those who need them. Life jackets are required by state law for every person aboard a watercraft.

Warriors Never Give Up | Warriors Never Give Up

Provides outdoor adventures for deployed and service-connected disabled veterans including fishing events and hunting events at a variety of locations, depending on funding. If needed, expenses can be covered for the cost of lodging, meals, ammo, bait etc.

Outdoor Campus Sioux Falls | South Dakota Game, Fish, and Parks

Program promotes outdoor activities and wildlife conservation by offering access to 100 acres of land, Over 2 miles of hiking trails, and pond. The Outdoor Campus offers several programs for youth, adults, and families including Women's Try-It Day, Fishing, Archery, Shooting, Hunting Skills, and South Dakota natural history.

Veteran Fishing Program | Casting Vets

Provides fishing experiences for Veterans in the Black Hills area to help them in their recovery. Also accepts donations of fishing supplies.
