Daily activities include card games, Wii video game activities and pool Monday - Friday, except holidays. Weekly events include coloring on Mondays, crafts on Tuesdays. Dance every Wednesday night at 7:30pm and Bingo every Friday night at 6:45pm. ​Other popular activities include senior chorus, computer classes, bean bag toss, line dancing and more.

Includes: Active Cruisers Motorcycle Club, Arts and Crafts, Billiards, Bingo, Book Club, Card and Game Clubs, Community Action Team (CAT), Crafters, Creative Writing Group, Bean Bag Club, Sing-Along Group, Tuesday Night Dances, Early Birders Bird Club, Gold'n Silver Drama Club. Those in need can find new and gently used items for a minimal cost. The store offers everything from furniture, household, and crafts items to clothing for men, women and children. Earnings from the store are used to directly assist those in need by helping pay rent, utilities, food, clothing, household, transportation for work and medical, prescriptions, and other necessities.

The Center provides a nutritious, freshly made meal served 11:00am - 12:30pm, Monday - Friday at an affordable price. Over 48 activities that are lead by volunteers. Programs include table games (cards, cribbage, mah jongg, Mexican train dominoes), creative writing, pickleball (6 outdoor courts, 3 indoor courts), pool room, fitness area and more.

Members of the Pierre Senior Center enjoy friendship through weekly potlucks which include entertainment from musicians and speakers, Tuesday rolls & coffee, pool, bingo, and cards. The building is used by AARP for income tax preparation for seniors and low-income families/individuals. Flu shot clinics are held here. The facility can be rented for events such as receptions, banquets, meetings, family gatherings, etc. Seats up to 150 with 8 per table. Bus trips are offered two - three times per year. Volunteer opportunities - assist with serving weekly potluck, making rolls for Tuesday coffee, and other activities such as serving special meals, gathering raffle ticket prizes and selling raffle tickets, and helping with the rummage sale.
