James Valley Community Center | City of Mitchell
The James Valley Community Center (JVCC) is a multi-generational community focal point for services and programs in the Mitchell and surrounding areas.
The JVCC is a City of Mitchell facility that is dedicated to providing participants with a variety of leisure, recreational, cultural and educational activities in a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment.
Some of the many activities include: Cards, Mah Jongg, Darts, Pool Tables, Ping Pong, Shuffleboard, Wellness Education, Exercise, Fine Arts, Dances, Celebrations, Bingo, Community Outreach, Presentations, Bus Trips, Quilting, etc.
Also has computer access and internet available for the members to use, or pay the $1.00 daily fee to utilize the computers, Internet, and facility here.

Offers many activities including: line dancing, exercise classes and fitness room, billiards, Wii bowling, card games, table tennis, SHIINE Medicare Part D assistance, pet food assistance, weekly blood pressure checks, nutrition program providing commodity, meals on wheels, and meals at The Center.
Bingo is offered from 7:00pm - 9:00pm, Tuesday and Friday evenings.
