Mosaic Arts and Events (formerly known as Museum of Visual Materials) is an historic and LEED Platinum Green Building. Mosaic offers low-cost art classes students of all ages and abilities Monday - Wednesday. ​The historic building is also an events venue for weddings, receptions, fundraisers, holiday parties and more. An evidence-based program based on an understanding of dementia & the needs of persons living with dementia. They can freely express themselves by creating art with positive emotions and have social interaction with trained volunteers. An informal coffee group will be available for caregivers during the session.

Designed to provide an opportunity for seniors to become involved socially and physically, and enjoy community events. Provides a wide scope of social, physical fitness, recreational activities, and meeting space. Programs include bingo, weekly dance, card games like Hand and Foot, Pinochle, etc. shuffleboard, potlucks, exercise classes, and art classes. Operates the Coyote Twin Theater, Vermillion's local cinema and venue for film, theater, music, presentations, and also operates Coyote Gallery, a premier rotating art space and venue for art exhibitions, workshops, classes. Both can be rented for public and private events; fees and conditions apply. Serves and supports community arts and culture through partnerships and programs. Offers programs such as Messy Hands Summer Arts Camp, Vortex Film Festival, Fool's 48 Short Film Project, Art for Life (Creative Aging), Community "Free Movie" Mondays, artsHUB which is a digital resource for inclusion and collaboration among artists and organizations offering an events calendar, arts and culture directory, and a discussion space for connection. Also provides micro grants for artists and arts events. Partners with other organizations to provide arts opportunities and secures arts-focused grant projects that improve quality of life in the community under nonprofit status.
