Hall and the following arts enrichment programming: monthly gallery exhibits and lectures (free and open to the public); youth / adult art classes and programs including: kids studio, kids art camp, and artist unleashed; annual kids art fest; artists in residencies; annual summer concert series (12 concerts); annual high school art scholarships and educator scholarships; annual summer arts festival, and volunteer opportunities.

Mosaic Arts and Events (formerly known as Museum of Visual Materials) is an historic and LEED Platinum Green Building. An evidence-based program based on an understanding of dementia & the needs of persons living with dementia. They can freely express themselves by creating art with positive emotions and have social interaction with trained volunteers. An informal coffee group will be available for caregivers during the session.

Provides fun activities for school-aged kids during the summer months. These include outdoor activities, swimming, sports, arts, crafts, games, and field trips. Each week has a theme that allows campers to learn more about the world's ecosystems through art, sporting, nature, and character development activities.

Designed to provide an opportunity for seniors to become involved socially and physically, and enjoy community events. Provides a wide scope of social, physical fitness, recreational activities, and meeting space. Programs include bingo, weekly dance, card games like Hand and Foot, Pinochle, etc. shuffleboard, potlucks, exercise classes, and art classes. This 13,000 square foot facility is open to community activities as a rental and private events. ​The Minneluzahan Newsletter is published monthly.

Operates the Coyote Twin Theater, Vermillion's local cinema and venue for film, theater, music, presentations, and also operates Coyote Gallery, a premier rotating art space and venue for art exhibitions, workshops, classes. Both can be rented for public and private events; fees and conditions apply. Serves and supports community arts and culture through partnerships and programs. Offers programs such as Messy Hands Summer Arts Camp, Vortex Film Festival, Fool's 48 Short Film Project, Art for Life (Creative Aging), Community "Free Movie" Mondays, artsHUB which is a digital resource for inclusion and collaboration among artists and organizations offering an events calendar, arts and culture directory, and a discussion space for connection. Also provides micro grants for artists and arts events.
