Christian Discovery Group is a spiritual quest of the 12 steps.

A support group that brings emerging adults together to create open and judgement free conversations for stories regarding homelessness, housing issues, mental health struggles, problems involving violence, addictions/recovery, search for identity, and more. We hurt together, we heal together, your story matters.

Provides outpatient treatment services to adults with severe substance use disorders. Services include individual counseling, outpatient substance abuse treatment, after care, group therapy, family intervention, cultural practice-based services, and ASAM criteria/Rule 25 assessments.

Christ centered 12-step recovery focused on finding freedom from any hurt, hang-up, or habit through a strengthened relationship with Jesus Christ. Also, able to provide childcare during the meeting.

Offers psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individual psychotherapy at the Sioux Falls clinic for all ages, with telehealth options available. Midwest Wellness Institute also brings psychiatric care and medication management to underserved areas through telehealth and on-site clinics, hospitals, correctional facilities and nursing homes through contracted mental health services. Some regular activities include: Red Road Talking Circles are rooted in Native American traditions and offer a place for individuals to connect with themselves and others through dialogue and storytelling. All are welcome to join this safe space to share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences of recovery. Locations and days of week vary. Red Road Approach (RRA) men's and women's groups provide a cognitive and experiential curriculum on Native American/Indigenous philosophies, activating the spirit for individuals, families, and communities. Participants are guided through lessons on the impacts of alcohol and drugs on the mind, body, and spirit. This 10-week adult program meets on a weekly basis. Incentives are available for graduates of the program. Therapeutic Sewing and Beading brings together coffee, laughter, and traditional craft-making! Open to the community as an opportunity to warm up with some coffee and work on beading and sewing with help from experts. Wellbriety is a 12-step meeting and recovery developed by White Bison. It is rooted in the teachings of Medicine Wheel, They Cycle of Life and the Four Laws of Changes. This group is open to all, and may be provided virtually. Other cultural activities, such as Trauma Recovery and Empowerment Group, Prayer Songs class and other welcoming events are offered during the week to take care of individuals spirit and keep connected to traditional Indigenous ways of life. Women's Inipi is open to all women, as well as Two-Spirit and non-binary community members who align with women's spiritual teachings. Positive Indian Parenting (PIP) - an 8-week parent training class for Indigenous parents, caregivers, non-Native foster parents of Indigenous children, and others who strive to be more positive in their approach to parenting. It is a structured exploration of traditional American Indian and Alaska Native values concerning parenting and helps participants apply those values in a modem setting. A A follows a 12-step program focusing on actions that guide members through their recovery journey. This is an open yet confidential group. Anyone is welcome. No sign-up is necessary.
