Veteran support groups are available at both Vet Centers in Rapid City, Sioux Falls, and satellite office in Sisseton. Groups include a men's Vietnam support group, women's support group, garden group, and Project Healing Waters group. Also offers a combat and military sexual trauma support group and a service building spiritual strength group. Groups are subject to change throughout the year. Must be enrolled at the Vet Center to participate.

Volunteers of America hosts a Veteran Outreach Center Monday through Friday, where Veterans and their families can access immediate resources including: laundry room and necessary supplies. shower facilities and personal care supplies, computer resource center, community day room with coffee and snacks, and access to copier and mail center.
