Health Connect of South Dakota: Strives to provide all South Dakotans access to qualitative, authenticated, independent sources of health information. Provides South Dakotans with free up-to-date health information on a variety of medical and safety issues. As needed, information and referrals to other organizations who may have additional pertinent information is available along with information on support groups and national agencies. Manages the Sioux Empire Coalition and the Sioux Empire Coalition for Youth and Young Adults and provides facilitation for various evidence based health programs. Eligible library card holders can check out books, DVDs, audiobooks, games, puzzles, tool kits, park and museum passes, fishing kits, and disc golf equipment. Access eBooks, audiobooks, magazines, and streaming videos through the library's digital collections. Use computers or Wi-Fi, or print from home using the mobile printing app, and pick up prints in the library or at the drive-thru window. Get help with mobile devices - iPads, Kindles, smart phones, etc. Use the library's makerspace to laser engrave, print custom stickers, poster, banners, 3D printing, and more. Enhance job skills or get homework help using the library's online learning resources. Participate in library events for all ages. Get library services at the library's bookmobile throughout the community. The Home Delivery Program helps those in the community gain access to library materials. Provides personalized selections delivered to the patron in their residence. There is no cost for this service. Delivery is limited to residents who live within Rapid City Area School District inside Pennington County. ​Other services include test proctoring, no-cost notary services, faxing, reference assistance, local history resources, and dial-a-story. Offering many services, including books for all ages, interests and all the best sellers, large print books, music CD's, school year programs, books on CD, variety of outreach services, downloadable eBooks and audiobooks through the Libby app. Additional services offered include a public meeting room, interlibrary loan service, South Dakota collection, current magazines and local newspapers, reference assistance, DVDs, summer reading program, public Wi-Fi access to the Internet, book deliver, genealogy, microfilm of local newspapers and microfilm reader printer, service to blind and handicapped through the State Library, fax service, proctor tests, photocopier & scanner, 3D printing and laminating.

Offers worship service, Sunday school, women's Bible study and a regular Bible study. Also offers a summer day camp for area youth during the week.

A youth organization that provides a safe place for kids to go after school and during the summer on week days. Members participate in a variety of activities such as homework help/tutoring, organized sports programs, Youth for Unity, Teen Center, and guided activities on character and leadership, education and career skills, and healthy living/active lifestyles.
