Provides residential treatment, foster care, special education schooling and independent living services to South Dakota children between the ages of 7 and 23. Program offers an array of therapeutic services in Mitchell and Rapid City including 45 bed psychiatric residential treatment facility for girls ages 7 to 17 (housed in Mitchell), Evidenced Based Trauma Informed programming, special education schooling, individual therapy, group therapy, alcohol and drug treatment, and independent living skills. Also houses The Bridges Therapeutic Foster Care program for children from birth up to age 18 (Homes in Mitchell, Rapid City, and Sioux Falls) and the Independent Living Program for young adults between the ages of 18 - 23 (Apartments are located in Mitchell and Rapid City).

Kids Voting South Dakota: A K - 12 civic education program designed to educate students and excite them about the democratic process. Students learn about our democracy through hands-on, action-oriented, classroom lessons with community and family involvement. Chiesman Democracy Conference: ​An annual conference regarding the state of democracy in South Dakota with panels of scholars, practitioners, and politicians studying democracy and South Dakota civic life.

Webster Key Club is part of Key Club International which is a student led organization that provides its members with opportunities to provide service, build character and develop leadership. The program is for high school students. Programs and services varies and includes Sponsored events with Ronald McDonald House, Children's Miracle Network, and The Banquet in Watertown, SD. ​Supporting local projects and fundraisers such as the food pantry, Needs Anonymous, Children's Miracle Network, and UNICEF. Supporting school projects such as the 1st Grade Christmas Store - people donate new or gently used items and 1st graders get to shop at the store to buy items for $0.25 to $1.50. The club wraps the gifts and gives to the child to take home and give to family members.
