Provides shelter, case management, life skills, and education services to young people ages 16 to 21, who are preparing for independent living. The program provides young people with a safe, supportive environment while they learn the skills necessary to succeed on their own. The VOA Axis180 offers safe, affordable shelter, life skills education and training, interpersonal skill building, education completion, job preparation skills, mental and physical health care, and case management. 2-bedroom units available for youth who are parenting. ​The goal of the VOA Axis180 is to assist homeless young people in making a successful transition to self sufficiency, prevent long-term dependency on the social services system, and provide an option for older youth who need assistance in transitioning into adulthood.

Sistema-based program serves children ages 7 - 18 through immersive music education and performance.

The Coalition seeks to increase community awareness of substance use and related problems by informing parents and other community members about the issue. Strategies include: culturally specific experiential camps and weekend retreats, seasonal cultural events, Wicozani Patintanpi (healthy lifestyles) curriculum, Lakota cultural based equine assisted learning and life skills program, and Lakota based sustainable living practices. They also have a youth led social enterprise program that offers workforce development, job skills training, youth led cultural heritage tourism, entrepreneurial skills development, and and training initiative for youth.

Members participate in a variety of activities such as homework help/tutoring, organized sports programs, Youth for Unity, Teen Center, and guided activities on character and leadership, education and career skills, and healthy living/active lifestyles. Health Connect of South Dakota: Strives to provide all South Dakotans access to qualitative, authenticated, independent sources of health information. Provides South Dakotans with free up-to-date health information on a variety of medical and safety issues. As needed, information and referrals to other organizations who may have additional pertinent information is available along with information on support groups and national agencies. Manages the Sioux Empire Coalition and the Sioux Empire Coalition for Youth and Young Adults and provides facilitation for various evidence based health programs. Confidential, 24/7 crisis intervention for runaway and homeless youth and their families via phone, text, chat, email, and bulletin board. Referrals, conference calling with a parent upon youth's request, conflict mediation, and information hotline. Free bus tickets home to family or shelter for qualified youth ages 12-21.
