Hospitalization Process: If hospitalization is required, patients are provided a full physical examination and medical evaluation at the Rapid City Monument Hospital Emergency Department prior to hospitalization. Please proceed to the Emergency Department first or if emergent treatment is needed, call local law enforcement or 911. Outpatient Clinic: Offers individual and family counseling services for patients of all ages as well as psychiatric diagnostic interviewing and medication management for patients of all ages.
