This program is a free resource available to children under the age of 21 and their families and is meant to be a temporary service to help meet the needs of the child and family. Identified needs include but are not limited to basic needs, social supports, emotional needs, educational needs, community supports, housing supports, health, and safety. This program is meant to be temporary where services will conclude once all needs have been met. In instances where the child or a family member requires additional supports outside of what can be provided through this program, assistance will be provided in obtaining these additional services.
