Services provided to adults with severe mental illness (SMI) including: CARE - Continuous Assistance, Rehabilitation, and Education, IMPACT - Individualized and Mobile Program of Assertive Community Treatment, and Psychiatric Services - assessments and medication management. Provides adults with behavioral health services focusing on addiction and co-occurring disorders. Services include intensive outpatient treatment, after care, individual and group counseling, and 12-hour DUI classes. Walk-in assessments and telehealth services available.

DCI/Downtown provides 24 hours a day / 7 days a week overnight residential services to stabilize people experiencing an acute mental health crisis. Services include crisis stabilization, evaluations and and linking individuals to the services that will allow success in the long-term. Up to four individuals at at time may stay up to three days. DCI/Downtown is designated as an Appropriate Regional Facility (ARF) by the South Dakota Division of Behavioral Health.

Behavioral Health Services available from licensed substance abuse and mental health counselors. ​Services include: chemical dependency assessments and Level 1.0 counseling, individual, couples, and family behavioral health counseling, Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) for patients recovering from substance use disorders, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) Therapy, and psychiatry team availability. Transportation is available for current patients if needed.
