Provides mental health counseling to individuals to treat issues including depression, anxiety, life-adjustment stressors, grief and loss, and trauma. Appointments are offered both in-person and virtually.

Services include: individual counseling, youth counseling, parent counseling, LGBTQ+ counseling, gender identity counseling, grief/bereavement counseling, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement and desensitization reprocessing therapy (EMDR), brain spotting and internal family systems, and telemental health counseling.
