Stop It Now! National Helpline offers a national toll-free confidential phone line, email service, and chat line for people who have questions or concerns about child sexual abuse. The helpline provides a place for concerned individuals to talk through a situation and explore the available options as well as gather information. The helpline is confidential and caller id is not utilized. The helpline receives inquiries from people sexually abusing children, people at risk to abuse, family/friends of abusers, family/friends of victims, family/friends of adults at-risk to abuse, adult survivors, as well as general information requests.

Provides shelter for all suffering from domestic violence and/or sexual assault, and their families. In addition to shelter and food, services include: personal and rape advocacy, support groups, legal advocacy and referrals to other service agencies. The Women's Lodge can hold up to 18 adults and children before anyone has to sleep on the floor. Staff can also make arrangements if at full capacity or for other reasons if need be. Two-thirds of residents are usually children since most bring their children with them to protect them from the abuser's violence.

Pivot Point provides 24/7 crisis assessment and stabilization services for adults (18+) who are experiencing a mental health crisis. Services include a comprehensive mental health assessment, stabilization of acute psychiatric symptoms, the development of a safety plan, and connection to appropriate ongoing services and supports. The South Dakota Resource Hotline is part of South Dakota's Statewide targeted response to substance use. The hotline provides a place where individuals are able to reach out for information on treatment resources and support for themselves or someone else. The Substance Use Care Coordination program: Connects participants with substance use resources, such as treatment assessments, treatment programs, counseling and social supports. Provides consistent connections during high-risk times for returned use, which may include post detox and before and after treatment. Provides support working on reaching recovery goals. Assists with making connections with appropriate community referrals for financial assistance, transportation assistance and assessing mental health resources. Connects with referral locations to best understand wait-lists, common barriers to treatment completion and share needed information between referral sources. For new referrals, fill out the Care Coordination Referral Form and the Care Coordinator will reach out in 1-2 business days.

Homeless Veterans or Veterans at-risk for homelessness have free, 24/7 access to trained responders. Callers will be connected with a homelessness specialist at the nearest VA facility. A counselor along with family, individuals supporting the family, and professionals will develop a customized treatment plan which will assist in meeting the needs of the child and family.
