A culturally-appropriate, anonymous, confidential and free service dedicated to serving Native American and Alaska Native impacted by domestic and sexual violence. Advocates take a Native-centered, empowerment based and trauma informed approach to every call, text and chat. Advocates are available 24/7 and offer peer-to-peer support, crisis intervention and safety planning, information and education about domestic and sexual violence, referrals to Native-centered domestic violence, sexual violence service providers, basic information about health options, support locating health facilities or crisis centers trained in the care of sexual assault and forensic exams, and general information about jurisdiction and legal advocacy referrals.

A 24-hour crisis hotline and emergency shelter providing: assistance and or 'emergency temporary' shelter to victims of dating & domestic violence, human trafficking, sexual assault and stalking. Services offered include crisis intervention, 24 hour crisis hotline, assistance in obtaining and filing Protection and Stalking orders, assistance with rape response calls, referral services to other helping agencies in the community, Weekly Support Group, and Outreach and Education Prevention. Limited financial assistance available. All services are free and confidential.

Providing the following services to those affected by domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, and sexual assault: one-on-one support from an advocate, emergency shelter for people made homeless due to recent domestic violence, 24-hour crisis line where calls are 100% confidential and judgment free, advocacy support with Protection Orders, accommodations including housing, food, and personal supplies for victims of domestic and sexual violence, moral support, assistance with finding affordable housing, suitable employment, transportation, and applying for public assistance, accompaniment when seeking medical attention, legal, or court services, and creative conflict resolution techniques.

Provides direct supportive services to victims of all forms of human trafficking and to those who are being exploited and are at risk of being trafficked. Through the continuum of care; offers case management, emergency addition services, safe housing, occupational therapy, employment assistance, community education/prevention and supportive housing (Marissa's Project). Call to Freedom collaborates with a strong network of front line providers who offer safe housing, mental health counseling, medical assistance, chemical dependency, transportation, and other supportive services.

Offers shelter and services for the victims of domestic abuse and sexual assault; with the goal to build self-esteem and confidence so they may live freely and independently as is their God-given right. Services include shelter, 24-hour hotline, food, transportation, counseling, assistance with housing search, assistance with job search, assistance with legal situations, and keeping all information confidential. ​Support group available for victims of abuse and sexual assault facilitated by a licensed counselor for those who have left the abuser, are still living with the abuser but need help to survive, and for those who need to know what to do next. Programs include Common Sense Parenting which is a step-by-step guide for raising responsible children and providing skills to help parents build strong, healthy families. Parenting classes can be arranged for non-English speaking people. Class times vary, call for information.

Immediate shelter services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Trained staff is on-site to assist with the needs of anyone with safety issues seeking shelter. Case management, counseling, advocacy, support groups, parenting groups, and activities for children are offered and provided. Meals are provided and personal care items and clothing are available as needed at no cost to the client. Crisis intervention services include crisis phone, crisis drop-in counseling, support groups, parenting classes, 911 phones to public, safety planning, referrals to community resources, assistance with filling out protection orders, and court advocacy. Applications available to help victims of crime apply for victims compensation. Individual, child and family counseling is available to victims of abuse. Public education presentations are available upon request.

Provides immediate crisis support and advocacy to rape and sexual assault victims 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phone. Response is provided whether the incident took place recently or in the past. Services are also available for the family and friends affected by the incident as well. The program provides services at hospital emergency rooms, child assessment centers, through a telephone crisis line, and through the judicial system. Follow-up professional counseling is made available at no charge through Solace.

Suicide prevention and crisis intervention service available to anyone in suicidal crisis or emotional distress. Callers to the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline are routed to the nearest accredited crisis center in the caller's area. The Lifeline's Crisis and Text/Chat Service routes visitors to a network of crisis centers accredited in providing online emotional support. The Helpline Center's Suicide and Crisis Support is an accredited suicide prevention, intervention and after-care organization, delivering the hope and understanding you need. Services include call, text, chat 988 to connect with a 988 Crisis Counselor, grief support for individuals who have lost a loved one to suicide, and professional suicide awareness and prevention training.

Provides emergency shelter for individuals and families fleeing domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include comprehensive survivor-centered services, a 24-hour crisis hotline, advocacy, safety planning, support groups, court accompaniment for civil and criminal proceedings, and assistance with housing and community resources.

Offers the following services for eligible survivors of sexual assault: opportunity to utilize services without a report to law enforcement, mental health and medical services, volunteer victim advocate and legal services, and protective orders and duty station transfer. Also offers training in the areas of: sexual assault prevention, cultural change, self-awareness, male victimization awareness, and language matters. Providing a full continuum of mental health and treatment for substance use disorders. Services are available for all ages. Services include assessments, individual and family counseling, intensive outpatient substance use disorder treatment, residential treatment for pregnant and parenting women who face substance use disorders, transitional care and aftercare counseling for adults and adolescents, trauma-focused treatment for children/adolescents and their families impacted by traumatic events. This can address a multitude of circumstances including COVID-related trauma, physical/ /sexual/emotional abuse, witness of violence, household incarceration, family substance abuse, mental illness, parent separation or divorce, medical, grief or refugee trauma, and bullying, neglect, disasters and more. ​ Also offers MRT (Moral Recognition Therapy), CBISA (Cognitive Behavioral Intervention Substance Abuse), and Telehealth services.

Extreme weather conditions, machinery breakdowns, a volatile ag environment, long hours that prevent time with family, and lowered income all cause frustration. This line is answered by mental health professionals who can help navigate symptoms or signs of anxiety or depression. Health Care Worker Stress Hotline - Available for any health care professional in South Dakota who might need someone to talk to about stress, anxiety, depression or other impacts caused by COVID-19 and other life events.

Assists victims and survivors of human trafficking as they navigate the challenges that arise from being exploited in human trafficking. Provides services as follows - case management, connections with appropriate law enforcement, advocacy, mentoring, relocation expenses, safe transport, lodging and meals associated with relocation, immediate needs, referrals to safe shelter, personal items, facilitating healthcare needs, assisting with recovery or replacement of identification documents, legal assistance, referrals to legal aid, assistance with legal expenses, accompaniment at court, facilitating job skills/employment, and other services or resources as needed. *All listed services are provided by pre-approval, according to available resources and as consistent with the mission statement.

Provide a safe and stable environment enriched with culturally appropriate and evidence based services to youth aging out of foster care, trafficked, homeless, parenting teens, and young adults ages 17-21. Also provides training and technical assistance in program development, anti-trafficking, and cultural competencies.

Outpatient Services - Individual therapy (for mental health or substance use), Family therapy, Group therapy, Medication management, Psychological assessments and testing, Commitment evaluations, Nursing home consultations, and 24-hour a day crisis intervention via crisis line. CARE Club - Program for individuals with a mental health disability (i.e. schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety and borderline personality) who live in the community. CARE club provides support, assistance, interaction with others and the opportunity to improve consumers existing skills and develop new coping skills. Children's Services - Provides child centered therapeutic services in the home or office. This program provides mental health services to children with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). The parents, families, and surrogate families of children with SED participate in all aspects of evaluation, planning and delivery of services. Works closely with child-serving agencies and programs.

To educate, advocate for and empower survivors of domestic abuse and violence (as well as coercive control, human trafficking, sexual assault, dating abuse and violence, child abuse, adults molested as children, other victims of violence crimes, stalking and elder abuse) and their dependents. Services include answers crisis calls 24/7 and follow ups with victims, Gives referrals and maintains a Shelter Safe House in Redfield (7 beds for up to 10 victims), Assists victims in finding attorneys, obtaining protection orders, attending court, and working with law enforcement. Also assists victims find jobs and housing to work towards independent living and works as medical advocates by accompanying victims to the hospital when obtaining medical assistance for injuries or sexual assault. Brings awareness to help prevent acts of violence by speaking to church groups and civic organizations as well as presentations in all 7 public schools in the tri-county area to teach awareness of bullying and safe dating to 8th graders and safety when starting college to high school seniors.
