The South Dakota Treatment Hotline provides information on substance use treatment options available throughout the state. It includes listings of facilities offering detoxification, inpatient, outpatient, and medication-assisted treatment services, along with resources for co-occuring mental health conditions. The program is intended to help individuals and families identify and compare treatment providers based on location, services offered, and level of care.

Provides residential treatment services for women dealing with substance use disorder. This facility has 18 private residential rooms that feature private bathrooms. The building also provides common space, a shared kitchen, and offices. This facility can provide accommodations for women who are pregnant or have dependent children ages 0-14 years old.

Services include daily individual and group therapy, trauma-informed care and dual diagnosis support, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) when appropriate, relapse prevention and life skills development, recreational activities and peer support, case management and discharge planning.

Provides voluntary residential addiction treatment for adults 18 and over in a safe, supportive and private setting. The typical residential program is 28 days and services may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), coping skills, individual and group therapy, family programming and other evidence-based approaches. Also provides medical stabilization for appropriate patients experiencing mild to moderate withdrawal symptoms. Nursing staff are on-site 24/7, and psychiatric and addiction care are available as part of the treatment program.
