Outpatient services are available to anyone who may currently be experiencing problems which are of an emotional, behavioral, substance abuse, or interpersonal nature. Therapy services include individual therapy, group therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, home-based therapy, medication management, substance use individual and group treatment programs, crisis intervention, and telehealth. Diagnostic services include psychiatric evaluation, mental status examination, education assessment, emergency mental health evaluation, and treatment needs assessment for substance abuse problems. Offers walk in assessments for substance use disorder during regular business hours.

Mental Health Services | Northeastern Mental Health Center

Offers outpatient counseling services for individual, couple, and families. Staff members work with the client to provide services in the home, community, or office at the discretion of the client. Substance use evaluation, assessment, and treatment is also provided. Walk in assessments and telehealth services are available during normal business hours at the Aberdeen location. Domestic Violence Shelter | Wholeness Center

Provides shelter and support services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include immediate 24-hour shelter and crisis hotline, crisis intervention, Legal advocacy: assistance in obtaining domestic abuse and stalking protection orders, and courtroom advocacy, medical advocacy, referral services: assistance in accessing community resources, i.e., housing, employment, financial needs, public education and outreach, information packets, and limited financial assistance. All services are free and confidential. The Wholeness Center is a member program of the South Dakota Network Against Family Violence and Sexual Assault.

The parents, families, and surrogate families of children with SED participate in all aspects of evaluation, planning and delivery of services.
