Oyate Behavioral Health is a component of Integrated Health Care. Individual Behavioral health services are offered through Clinic Appointment and Telehealth scheduled appointments. Intensive, non-residential treatment program providing services to children who meet the states' Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED) criteria and would not be successful in less restrictive services. Also provides services to their families. Incorporating counseling, case management, and family support services, with the goal of assisting in the development of a nurturing and stable family environment in which children may grow. A counselor along with family, individuals supporting the family, and professionals will develop a customized treatment plan which will assist in meeting the needs of the child and family. Services provided to program participants include 24-hour crisis assistance, counseling services, chemical dependency screenings and assessments, case management, dedication management, psychiatric services, classes and workshops on mental health topics, early childhood mental health services, and play therapy for children ages 0 to 5. Some therapies offered in this program include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), and Aggression Replacement Therapy (ART).

A full continuum of mental health and treatment for substance use disorders. Services include assessments, individual and family counseling, intensive outpatient substance use disorder treatment, residential treatment for pregnant and parenting women who face substance use disorders, transitional care and aftercare counseling for adults and adolescents, trauma-focused treatment for children/adolescents and their families impacted by traumatic events. The Special Education School Program specializes in the education and treatment of children with emotional and behavioral disorders. Madsen House is designed to provide comprehensive psychiatric diagnosis and assessments, as well as short-term treatment for children ages 4-14 with emotional and behavioral problems. Madsen House Intensive Unit is an eight-bed unit for children ages 4-14 who have severe or chronic emotional and behavioral disorders. Treatment includes psychiatric care, adaptive management, individual, group and family therapy and academic programming. Childcare teams consist of three counselors and one team coordinator, creating a ratio of one staff for every two children.
