The Woodrow Wilson Keeble Memorial Health Care Center is accredited by Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization, Inc. (JCAHO) serving Native American people living in or near Roberts County. Services include Behavioral Health, Dental, Diabetes Care, Health Promotion/Disease Prevention, Laboratory, Nursing, Radiology, Optometry, Pharmacy (Prescription Assistance - Enrolled members of a Native American tribe can get free prescriptions by visiting their local IHS), Primary Care, Public Health Nursing, Physical Therapy, Specialty Clinic (OB/GYN), Weight Loss/Nutrition, Well Child Care, Men/Women's Health, and Medication Disposal.

Clinic provides primary care, mental health, home based primary care, and telehealth services. No emergency services are provided at the clinic. Mental Health Services include individual, couples, and group psychotherapy The following programs and specialty care are available by telehealth: Returning Service Member Care Management, PTSD Care, Primary Care, Blind and Low Vision Rehabilitation, Mental Health Care, Military Sexual Trauma Care, and Women Veteran Care.

Mental Health services include individual, couples and family counseling, 24-hour QMHP services, psychiatric evaluations and medication management, school consultations, and employee assistance programs (EAP). Alcohol and Drug Program treatment approach is based on the 12-step program of Alcoholics Anonymous and reality therapy. Services offered include individual counseling, chemical assessments, DUI education program, outpatient treatment, prevention education program, and a relapse prevention group. Case Management and IMPACT Programs, designed to help clients with severe and persistent mental illness, services include case management and continued care, medication management with psychiatrist, crisis intervention assistance, and psychiatric rehabilitation which seeks to provide program services that assist clients in developing skills and manage resources needed to allow them to be successful in the community. A client centered, client directed form of treatment, the program consists of services designed to restore the disabled person to a level of functioning which permits a useful, meaningful life.

Provides residential treatment services including: 24-hour psychiatric residential care in a therapeutic and structured environment; individual, group, and family counseling, campus school, psychiatric services, case management, after care services, and independent living skills training.

A psychiatric hospital offering a wide range of services for geriatric, adult, adolescent, and child patients. This center approaches patient care with a special emphasis on trauma-informed care as well as biological, psychological, and social concerns.

• Inpatient Treatment: Available for patients ages 5 and older. All patients will be psychiatrically assessed and treated by a licensed and board-certified psychiatrist. Additionally, experienced nurses and patient care technicians provide individual specialized attention 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Inpatient Services: Specialized services include group and individual therapy, diagnostic testing, psychological evaluations, and family therapy. Recreational therapists provide a healing and therapeutic environment. Chemical Dependency Specialists perform detailed evaluations and treatment planning for patients struggling with addiction. Intensive case management is available to coordinate external services for the hospitalized patient. The hospital's clergy is available upon patient request or a patient's own spiritual leader is welcome to provide comfort. Hospitalization Process: If hospitalization is required, patients are provided a full physical examination and medical evaluation at the Rapid City Monument Hospital Emergency Department prior to hospitalization. Please proceed to the Emergency Department first or if emergent treatment is needed, call local law enforcement or 911. Outpatient Clinic: Offers individual and family counseling services for patients of all ages as well as psychiatric diagnostic interviewing and medication management for patients of all ages.

Children's Services - Provides child centered therapeutic services in the home or office. This program provides mental health services to children with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). The parents, families, and surrogate families of children with SED participate in all aspects of evaluation, planning and delivery of services. Works closely with child-serving agencies and programs.

Provides medication management and psychotherapy for ages 5 and up. Providers consist of a psychiatrist and 2 nurse practitioners. In-person appointments, as well as telehealth services available. Provides psychiatric residential treatment center licensed to serve boys and girls ages 10-17 years old, who have emotional, behavioral, and educational challenges. Offers specialized education program, extensive outdoor recreation, opportunities for community involvement, and evidence-based programming including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) groups.

Intensive, non-residential treatment program providing services to children who meet the states' Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED) criteria and would not be successful in less restrictive services. Also provides services to their families. Incorporating counseling, case management, and family support services, with the goal of assisting in the development of a nurturing and stable family environment in which children may grow. A counselor along with family, individuals supporting the family, and professionals will develop a customized treatment plan which will assist in meeting the needs of the child and family. Services provided to program participants include 24-hour crisis assistance, counseling services, chemical dependency screenings and assessments, case management, dedication management, psychiatric services, classes and workshops on mental health topics, early childhood mental health services, and play therapy for children ages 0 to 5. Some therapies offered in this program include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), and Aggression Replacement Therapy (ART).

Provide addictions assessments and mental health therapy to adolescents through adults. Community mental health center offering the following services: Moral Recognition Therapy (MRT) Group for adolescents and adults, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), individual counseling, marriage and family counseling, psychotropic medication management, domestic violence evaluations and follow up services, psychiatric evaluations and medication management. A full continuum of mental health and treatment for substance use disorders. Services include assessments, individual and family counseling, intensive outpatient substance use disorder treatment, residential treatment for pregnant and parenting women who face substance use disorders, transitional care and aftercare counseling for adults and adolescents, trauma-focused treatment for children/adolescents and their families impacted by traumatic events. This can address a multitude of circumstances including COVID-related trauma, physical/ /sexual/emotional abuse, witness of violence, household incarceration, family substance abuse, mental illness, parent separation or divorce, medical, grief or refugee trauma, and bullying, neglect, disasters and more. ​Also offers MRT (Moral Recognition Therapy), CBISA (Cognitive Behavioral Intervention Substance Abuse), and Telehealth services.
