Also provides an individualized treatment plan and offers referrals to therapists, counselors, dietitians, health coaches, and wellness professionals. This clinic offers esketamine (Spravato) for treatment-resistant depression.

Provides residential treatment services including: 24-hour psychiatric residential care in a therapeutic and structured environment; individual, group, and family counseling, campus school, psychiatric services, case management, after care services, and independent living skills training.

Areas of specialization include depression, anxiety, grief, parenting challenges, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), stress management, and issues related to trauma or abuse.

A full continuum of mental health and treatment for substance use disorders. Services include assessments, individual and family counseling, intensive outpatient substance use disorder treatment, residential treatment for pregnant and parenting women who face substance use disorders, transitional care and aftercare counseling for adults and adolescents, trauma-focused treatment for children/adolescents and their families impacted by traumatic events. This can address a multitude of circumstances including COVID-related trauma, physical/ /sexual/emotional abuse, witness of violence, household incarceration, family substance abuse, mental illness, parent separation or divorce, medical, grief or refugee trauma, and bullying, neglect, disasters and more. ​Also offers MRT (Moral Recognition Therapy), CBISA (Cognitive Behavioral Intervention Substance Abuse), and Telehealth services.

Alcohol and Drug Program treatment approach is based on the 12-step program of Alcoholics Anonymous and reality therapy. The parents, families, and surrogate families of children with SED participate in all aspects of evaluation, planning and delivery of services. Works closely with child-serving agencies and programs.

The Woodrow Wilson Keeble Memorial Health Care Center is accredited by Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization, Inc. (JCAHO) serving Native American people living in or near Roberts County. Services include Behavioral Health, Dental, Diabetes Care, Health Promotion/Disease Prevention, Laboratory, Nursing, Radiology, Optometry, Pharmacy (Prescription Assistance - Enrolled members of a Native American tribe can get free prescriptions by visiting their local IHS), Primary Care, Public Health Nursing, Physical Therapy, Specialty Clinic (OB/GYN), Weight Loss/Nutrition, Well Child Care, Men/Women's Health, and Medication Disposal.

Provides medication management and psychotherapy for ages 5 and up. Providers consist of a psychiatrist and 2 nurse practitioners. In-person appointments, as well as telehealth services available. Spravato treatments offered at the clinic site. Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) also available. A 24-hour residential and psychiatric treatment center serving emotionally disturbed and learning disabled children between the ages of 4-14. This program also provides special education services and intensive therapy for children and families who are experiencing difficulty at home, in school, or in the community. Services include day school and residential programs, evaluation services, family supportive services, consultation and training services. Madsen House is designed to provide comprehensive psychiatric diagnosis and assessments, as well as short-term treatment for children ages 4-14 with emotional and behavioral problems. Madsen House Intensive Unit is an eight-bed unit for children ages 4-14 who have severe or chronic emotional and behavioral disorders. Treatment includes psychiatric care, adaptive management, individual, group and family therapy and academic programming. Childcare teams consist of three counselors and one team coordinator, creating a ratio of one staff for every two children.

​ Sponsored by The University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine medical students under the supervision of internal medicine physicians, provide health care with the goal is to provide health care to uninsured patients over the age of 18 while providing a learning opportunity for medical students. Offers care of any acute medical problems and also offers STD testing and free flu shots. Psychiatry services also available during two appointment times (5:30pm and 6:30pm). The first clinic of each month will be for seeing new patients at these appointments while the second clinic will be for follow-up and seeing established patients. This clinic also offers prescription assistance.
