The South Dakota Treatment Hotline provides information on substance use treatment options available throughout the state. It includes listings of facilities offering detoxification, inpatient, outpatient, and medication-assisted treatment services, along with resources for co-occuring mental health conditions. The program is intended to help individuals and families identify and compare treatment providers based on location, services offered, and level of care.

Horizon Health - Yankton Dental offers dental care services include cleanings, dental exams, bridges, crowns, dentures, digital x-rays, emergencies, extractions, fillings, mouth guards, partials, root canals, sealants and spacers.

Mental Health First Aid is an evidence-based, early-intervention course that teaches participants about mental health and substance use challenges. SDSU Extension provides Mental Health First Aid courses to adults, teens, and youth.

The West River Area Health Education Center is committed to expanding the healthcare workforce in South Dakota, as well as offering creative, hands-on and innovative health career curriculums for pre-college level students.

The Adolescent Crisis Care Center provides immediate, short-term care for middle and high school youth who are experiencing a crisis or may be considering suicide. Services provided are mental health screenings/assessments, observation, de-escalation/stabilization, and referrals to appropriate services. ​United Way has collaborated with a panel that includes medical professionals, educators, social workers, and mental health specialists on anxiety, depression, and psychological well-being to develop activities to build resilience, by fostering safety, connections, and confidence in the lives of children and young adults. The program provides a new framework for mental health including training, guidance, and tools to address mental health needs and crisis intervention, and works with the Lost and Found organization to present and distribute information. Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute (CKRI) is part of Allina Health. Provides a continuum of rehabilitation services for people with short- and long-term conditions, injuries, and disabilities. The goal is to improve health outcomes, make it easier for clients and families to get the right services for their needs, and reduce costs by preventing complications.
