Provides outpatient treatment services to adults with severe substance use disorders. Services include individual counseling, outpatient substance abuse treatment, after care, group therapy, family intervention, cultural practice-based services, and ASAM criteria/Rule 25 assessments.

Mental Health Services | Northeastern Mental Health Center
Offers outpatient counseling services for individual, couple, and families. Staff members work with the client to provide services in the home, community, or office at the discretion of the client. Substance use evaluation, assessment, and treatment is also provided. Walk in assessments and telehealth services are available during normal business hours at the Aberdeen location. Psychiatric services are also available to those over the age of 18 including assessments and medication management.

Offers care of any acute medical problems and also offers STD testing and free flu shots.
Psychiatry services also available during two appointment times (5:30pm and 6:30pm). The first clinic of each month will be for seeing new patients at these appointments while the second clinic will be for follow-up and seeing established patients.
This clinic also offers prescription assistance.
