The drug court program is an intensely supervised treatment court for offenders who have a substance abuse disorder that relates to their criminal charges. Treatment providers work with probation officers to build individual skills and support so offenders are able to progress from the criminal courts into lives of recovery and stability.

The Native Healing Program utilizes the traditional Native American life ways as a method of healing the spirit. Offers the following: individual counseling, family counseling, substance use counseling, psychological assessments, outpatient substance use treatment, and grief counseling. Also, provides Codependency Workshops, 12 hour DUI class, substance abuse treatment needs assessments, and talking circle. Fully accredited with State of South Dakota for outpatient services. CARE Club - Program for individuals with a mental health disability (i.e. schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety and borderline personality) who live in the community. CARE club provides support, assistance, interaction with others and the opportunity to improve consumers existing skills and develop new coping skills. Children's Services - Provides child centered therapeutic services in the home or office. This program provides mental health services to children with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). The parents, families, and surrogate families of children with SED participate in all aspects of evaluation, planning and delivery of services. Works closely with child-serving agencies and programs.

Walk -in assessments are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
