The South Dakota Treatment Hotline provides information on substance use treatment options available throughout the state. It includes listings of facilities offering detoxification, inpatient, outpatient, and medication-assisted treatment services, along with resources for co-occuring mental health conditions. The program is intended to help individuals and families identify and compare treatment providers based on location, services offered, and level of care.

Responds to the needs of individuals in the Mitchell area affected directly or indirectly by mood-altering chemical use or dependency through a wide variety of services including treatment needs assessments, detoxification, intensive inpatient and outpatient treatment, first offender DUI courses, adolescent and adult aftercare, adolescent treatment, anger management, moral recognition therapy (MRT), relapse prevention courses, parenting classes, strengths group, CBISA, readiness group for federal probationers, referrals, group and individual therapy, transitional living, and continued care.

An intensive, outpatient, 12-step recovery-based center for alcohol and drugs. Services are provided by certified chemical dependency counselors including assessments - by appointment, walk-in or virtual, day and evening treatment programs, adolescent programs, 12 hour DUI class, Intensive Methamphetamine Treatment (IMT) offered with state approval only, and a Recovery Maintenance Group. Offers walk in assessments for substance use disorder during regular business hours.
