It is designed to help a loved one recognize and change self-destructive thoughts, feelings or behaviors. The intent is to confront the person in a non-threatening way. Also includes sober coaching, sober transportation, continuum of care, and public speaking.

Offers mental health and substance use services as well as both family and individual case management services which include comprehensive child/adolescent/family services, comprehensive adult/family services, adult/adolescent/family substance abuse services, and outpatient psychiatric medical services. ​Walk-in assessments available during regular business hours and emergency mental health crisis support services available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. Telehealth services also available.

Medically Monitored Withdrawal Management: Individuals in need of medically monitored detoxification treatment for substance use disorders may participate in our 10-bed program. Individuals may be admitted voluntarily or involuntarily under an Emergency Detainment or Involuntary Drug and Alcohol Committal (IVC). During a short-term stay (approximately 3-7 days), we will provide medical stabilization to support a safe withdrawal and provide recommendations for continued care and treatment after discharge. Sobering Observation for Intoxicated Individuals: Individuals under the influence of alcohol or other mood-altering substances who are in need of observation and support in order to reach a safe level of sobriety may participate in our sobering observation program. Prior to discharge, we will offer connections to community resources and provide education regarding available substance use treatment options. Crisis Stabilization Offers support to individuals with mental health concerns that are acute in nature, but do not require inpatient hospitalization. Services include a brief crisis evaluation, individualized treatment plan, referrals to outpatient or community resources as needed, visit with a provider, and safety planning and counseling services.

Outpatient program services for substance use and mental health (including co-occurring issues). Incorporates Lakota cultural traditional health along with mainstream modalities. These include crisis intervention, individual, family, and couples therapy, outpatient groups for both mental health and substance use issues, community prevention, discharge and aftercare planning, Referrals for involuntary and emergency services, psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults, Medication Management, inpatient treatment referrals for substance use and mental health counseling (including co-occurring issues), Integrated Care Case Management, anger management group, art therapy group for youth and adults, and recovery coaching - please call for more information.
