It is designed to help a loved one recognize and change self-destructive thoughts, feelings or behaviors. The intent is to confront the person in a non-threatening way. ​In partnership with the State of South Dakota, Emily's Hope has established the Post-Overdose Response Team in Codington, Minnehaha, Lincoln, Turner, and Yankton Counties. In response to the escalating opioid epidemic, this program is an effort to provide holistic, evidence-based care and support to those who survive an overdose. A post-overdose response team (PORT) is an overdose follow-up program that allows agencies to visit a person who experienced an overdose within 48 hours of the incident. PORTs provide support, education, and access to evidence-based treatment, such as medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) and other life-saving resources.

An addiction wellness nonprofit that provides professional, compassionate peer coaching to anyone impacted by alcohol or other drugs, including loved ones. Peer coaching is a recovery support system where coaches draw on their lived experiences to help others on their paths to wellness. A peer coach is a wellness partner who provides knowledge, support, skills and accountability, depending on each person's individual needs. Coaches assist with all areas of a person's life, not just the use of alcohol or other drugs. Sobriety is not required, and members are supported in whatever wellness goals are meaningful to them.

A substance abuse treatment facility for female clients of the Glory House. Services include substance use assessment, drug/alcohol testing, mental health screening, tobacco use education/prevention, smoking cessation, peer mentoring, and counseling services. This is an accredited facility with the State of South Dakota.

A voluntary program serving mothers ages 18-24 who have used stimulants or opioids within the past year and are either currently parenting or working toward reunification with children ages 0-12. The program team consists of a case manager/women's advocate and a peer support specialist. The case manager provides direct support to enrolled families, while the peer support specialist offers recovery-focused support to participating mothers.
