The transitional housing is an 11 bed facility with private rooms that provides supportive services to individuals who are homeless or currently residing in an unstable environment who have a substance use disorder as well as a severe mental illness. This is a sober living environment. Residents are provided 2 meals per day during weekdays and 3 meals per day on the weekend. Residents are expected to participate in constructive daily activity outside of the transitional facility 9:00am - 3:00pm, on weekdays. Life skills groups and on-site laundry also provided.
