These donated items are sold to the public to help serve individuals and families with affordable housing solutions. Please note regarding air conditioners - there may be window ac units for purchase, however these are donated units. There is no income based scale/program to receive a discount on these units.

The boutique is a non-profit endeavor to assist persons in the community who may find themselves in a disadvantaged position. A division of South Dakota Department of Corrections, Pheasantland Industries provides incarcerated individuals with workforce development opportunities and work experience that will equip them for reentry into the community. Offers a variety of products from 7 industry shops including Braille, Carpentry, Garment, License Plates, Print (including bookbinding that is open to the general public), Sign, and Upholstery. Services are available for state agencies, schools, churches and other non-profit organizations.

The items are donated, new and gently used, by individuals, corporations, businesses, and contractors. Sales of donated home building and home goods at the Habitat Sioux Falls ReStore enable us to build an additional two homes a year, as well as keep over 425 tons of reusable material out of the landfill each year.

Also builds ramps, eliminates trip hazards, make accessibility modifications, and install grab bars. The items are donated, new and gently used, by individuals, corporations, businesses, and contractors. Proceeds from ReStore sales fund Habitat's Aging in Place program to help folks stay in their homes safely, for longer. The ReStore also diverts thousands of pounds of waste from the landfill each year.
