Responsible for: - Building Inspections and permits - Planning & Zoning - Community Center Rentals - Gas/Water/Sewer Service through Crooks Municipal Utilities - General Government services (i.e. access to public documents) - Finance Office - where residents would pay their utility bill

Youth and community center. Meals are provided and children have a small library, games, and computer. The center hosts many classes and programs with learning opportunities for everything from Lakota art, music, building rockets, archery, hand games, horse camps, summer camps, and daily living skills. There is a community laundromat and food pantry open to the community.

The Keystone Town Hall supports the following offices - Administration, Finance, Parks and Recreation, Public Works, City Attorney, City Engineer, Museum, Keystone Community Center and Library, and Mountain View Cemetery.
