The Keystone Town Hall supports the following offices - Administration, Finance, Parks and Recreation, Public Works, City Attorney, City Engineer, Museum, Keystone Community Center and Library, and Mountain View Cemetery.

Indoor walking track, basketball, volleyball, & pickle ball courts. Theater and full serving kitchen. Receptions, meetings, weddings, sporting events, reunions, dances and parties can be held here.

Responsible for building inspections and permits, planning and zoning, community center rentals, gas/water/sewer service, general government services (i.e. access to public documents), and finance office where residents would pay their utility bill.

Youth and community center. Meals are provided and children have a small library, games, and computer. The center hosts many classes and programs with learning opportunities for everything from Lakota art, music, building rockets, archery, hand games, horse camps, summer camps, and daily living skills. There is a community laundromat and food pantry open to the community.
