Payment options: Pay Online: https://www.siouxfalls.gov/register-pay Automated Bill Payment Plan: (ACH) Monthly payments can be deducted from the customer's bank or savings account and set up through the self service portal at https://onemeter.siouxfalls.gov/ Pay In Person: Customers may pay bills at the Sioux Falls Utilities Billing Office, 231 N. Dakota Avenue, during regular business hours (8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday). There is a drop box located in the alley of the entry way to ground floor for after business hours. Please do not put cash in the drop box. Payment by Phone: Call (605) 367-8131 (24 hours a day / 7 days a week) to pay using the automated phone system. Will need 17-digit utility billing account number available. Pay by Mail: Sioux Falls Utilities provides a courtesy preaddressed envelope for mailing checks. Please do not mail cash. Pay at a Drop Box: Located in the alley outside of City Center, 231 N. Dakota Avenue, in downtown Sioux Falls. Please do not place cash in the drop box. Contact the City of Sioux Falls Utility Billing Office at (605) 367-8131 for more information. Disconnection information: The City will shut off water due to non-payment Monday - Thursday before 12:00noon. Before water is shut-off due to non-payment, the resident receives official notices in the mail and may also receive a voice message. A door-hanger is left on the property after the water has been shut off due to non-payment. Payment must be made (including all balance due and disconnection charge) through the Utility Billing Division Office (605) 367-8131 before service will be restored. If payment is made by 5:00pm, water service can be turned back on the same business day. This may occur well after 5:00pm. Employees do not/cannot accept payments in the field after 5:00pm to restore service that has been disconnected for non-payment.

Aquatics | City of Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation

Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation operates the Midco® Aquatic Center and eight other facilities, including three family aquatic centers, two neighborhood aquatic facilities, three spray parks, and two wading pools. Open swim at aquatic facilities is 1:00pm - 5:00pm and 6:30pm - 8:00pm daily. Children 6 years old and younger must be supervised by someone at least 16. The ratio of children 6 and younger must not exceed five per adult. Spray parks are open 11:00am - 8:00pm. Swim passes are available to buy or renew. Swim passes may be used at any of the following aquatic facilities when open: Drake Springs Family Aquatic Center, daily admission or swim pass Frank Olson Pool, daily admission or swim pass Hayward Park Splash Pad, free Kuehn Park Pool, daily admission or swim pass Laurel Oak Family Aquatic Center, daily admission or swim pass Midco® Aquatic Center, daily admission or swim pass McKennan Park Wading Pool, free Pioneer Spray Park, free T. Project NICE/KEEP | City of Sioux Falls Health Department

Project NICE/KEEP is a neighborhood cleanup project. Place tree branches, yard waste, appliances, and tires in separate piles for recycling. Separate glass, sharp objects, and other breakables and put them in a pile by the curb - apart from other items. Do not set out hazardous household waste, electronics or garbage and do not place loose piles of rubble, concrete, or gravel on the curb or street. If weather does not permit cleanup at that time, an alternate week will be chosen. The Project NICE/KEEP Zone interactive map (coming soon!) is available (where you can plug in your address and find out if you are in the zone) Details regarding dates and time will be mailed to homeowners in the targeted areas. NICE (Neighborhood Improvement Complaint Easement) identifies specific neighborhoods at risk of nuisance concerns and assist the neighborhoods to address those concerns. KEEP (Keep Environmental Enhancement Permanent) works in conjunction with the NICE program.

Skate Parks | City of Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation

Sioux Falls has three skate parks: Drake Springs Skate Park, Kuehn Park, and Barb Iverson Skate Plaza. Only skateboards, inline skates, and BMX bikes allowed. No other wheeled devices of any kind are allowed within the skate park. Availability of skate parks in the future may be dependent on patrons' compliance with the following: Skate at your own risk as parks are not supervised and users assume all risks inherent in the use of these facilities. Use of these facilities may result in serious injury or death. It is strongly recommended that users wear an approved helmet, knee and elbow pads, and wrist guards. Food and drink are not allowed inside the rink or skate park areas. Glass, alcohol, and smoking are prohibited. No stickers, loud music, inappropriate language/actions, or reckless behavior allowed.
