Information, referral, and support helpline that provides resource information on non-profit, social service, and government programs, along with providing listening and support. When you dial 2-1-1, you talk to real people trained to help and connect you to the right resources, organizations, or people. We answer calls 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
Resource information is through our website www.helplinecenter.org/211 and via the 211 Helpline app. Download it from the App Store or Google Play. You can choose your location to find resources available in your area as well as share information, and save your favorites.

Assisting survivors of sexual, relational, and family trauma through the healing process, by serving survivors of all genders, beginning at age 3.
Services include:
individual or group therapy for children, teens, and adults, with a licensed therapist or graduate-level therapy intern under supervision of a licensed therapist (includes brainspotting)
counseling services for caregivers of children or other secondary survivors of those affected by sexual, relational, and/or family trauma
parent-child interaction therapy, a therapy for non-offending caregiver and child
play therapy for children ages 3-12 who are primary or secondary survivors of sexual, relational, and family trauma
crisis counseling - walk-in therapeutic support that provides stabilization through coping skills and resource identification

Psychiatric services are also available to those over the age of 18 including assessments and medication management.
