Delivery is limited to residents who live within Rapid City Area School District inside Pennington County. ​Other services include test proctoring, no-cost notary services, faxing, reference assistance, local history resources, and dial-a-story. Some of the many activities include: Cards, Mah Jongg, Darts, Pool Tables, Ping Pong, Shuffleboard, Wellness Education, Exercise, Fine Arts, Dances, Celebrations, Bingo, Community Outreach, Presentations, Bus Trips, Quilting, etc. Also has computer access and internet available for the members to use, or pay the $1.00 daily fee to utilize the computers, Internet, and facility here.

Community Library offering books, puzzles, DVD's, and public computers. State Park passes, fishing poles and tackle boxes, and disc golf sets are available for 3-day loans. Located on the East side of the Harrisburg Liberty Elementary School building. All residents of the City of Harrisburg can get a library card by showing proof of residency. Digital library cards are also available for anyone interested in checking out e-books from the digital library.

As the only library in Lead, it is the primary source for books and literature publications, periodicals, local, regional and worldwide history, children's books, children's events, DVDs and videos, and Free Internet and WIFI services. Everyone is invited to visit and use one of the many reading areas and to have a cup of coffee.
