Enhance job skills or get homework help using the library's online learning resources. Participate in library events for all ages. Get library services at the library's bookmobile throughout the community. The Home Delivery Program helps those in the community gain access to library materials. Provides personalized selections delivered to the patron in their residence. There is no cost for this service. Delivery is limited to residents who live within Rapid City Area School District inside Pennington County. ​Other services include test proctoring, no-cost notary services, faxing, reference assistance, local history resources, and dial-a-story. A public library in Armour, SD that hosts a collection of over 13,000 books along with video and audio books. Also offers residents access to digitized editions of local news resources, some of which have editions documented going back to 1884. Currently, the library images just the Armour Chronicle annually. The library offers an online portal that can be used to download and read e-books. Public internet services are offered at the library.

Library provides materials, programs and services to residents of all ages in Freeman and the surrounding community to assist in their pursuit of information and resources to meet their educational, professional and personal needs. Particular emphasis is placed on delivering quality reference services and providing popular materials of high interest to the residents of the Freeman community. The library also serves to stimulate young children's interest and appreciation for reading and writing. This location also offers Driver's License and ID card renewal for currently license holders. Written or driving tests not offered.

The daytime program provides the following services: case management for connection with needed resources, access to computers and a phone for housing and job searches, showers, laundry, clothing bank, hot coffee, lunch, and temporary mail address services.
