Located on the East side of the Harrisburg Liberty Elementary School building. All residents of the City of Harrisburg can get a library card by showing proof of residency. Digital library cards are also available for anyone interested in checking out e-books from the digital library.

Also offers residents access to digitized editions of local news resources, some of which have editions documented going back to 1884. Currently, the library images just the Armour Chronicle annually. The library offers an online portal that can be used to download and read e-books. Public internet services are offered at the library.
