A self-serve satellite branch is located within the Summerset City Hall. Items may be borrowed and returned at either location.

Provides library services to the community of Alcester as well as junior high and high school students. Provides library cards to the Alcester community. Hosts a large selection of books, magazines, newspapers, and electronic resources that may be checked out by library card holders. Provides programming for kids and adults.

The Hill City Public Library is open to the public and free to all patrons and includes an extensive collection of Hill City memorabilia, stories, and books relating to the history of the region. Also available is high-speed internet and Wi-Fi. Library Programming - Imagination club every Thursday at 3:30pm, Story Time every Friday at 9:30am, and Book Club every last Tuesday of the month at 5:00pm.
