Experience Sioux Falls (formerly the Sioux Falls Convention & Visitors Bureau) acts as an unbiased key to the city. Assists visitors, meeting, sports, and travel trade professionals to showcase what Sioux Falls can offer. Other services include site selection and inspection, event and itinerary assistance, accommodation bids and arrangements, vendor contracts, professional registration assistance, promotional materials, preparation assistance, and room block establishment for hotels. Experience Sioux Falls serves as the official point of contact for group sales professionals and can provide value-added extras.

Located in the heart of Downtown Rapid City, Main Street Square is a fun-filled public space that features special events, arts and culture, live concerts, seasonal ice skating and interactive water fountains. The Vermillion Area Chamber & Development Company (VCDC) functions as a Chamber of Commerce, office of Economic Development, and Visitor/Tourism Bureau for Vermillion and the surrounding area. It operates in direct partnership with several other agencies, including the City of Vermillion, University of South Dakota, and the nonprofit Missouri Valley Growth, to better grow the economic prosperity of the area and create a positive environment in which to do business. Services include business counseling, member marketing, referrals, networking opportunities, ribbon cuttings, groundbreakings, and much more. The VCDC publishes a semi-annual newsletter informing community of business trends, area news, and new chamber members. The Finance Office is responsible for managing fiscal affairs of the city. Responsibilities vary but generally includes budget development and monitoring, accounting services, cash and asset management, payroll, contract administration, grants management, and financial reporting. This office also handles election information, voter registration, and licenses for businesses, bus/taxi, contactor, and special event vendors. Also operates the Community Calendar for the City of Keystone.

The Chamber of Commerce plans events, answers questions about Sisseton, and promotes local businesses.
