Offers a wide array of services from intermittent support in a person's home to around-the-clock care. All services are offered with the goal of supporting people to live as independently as possible and supporting their health and safety needs. The SD State Government Phone Book is an online way to search for: employee name, phone number, agency staff, agency offices, conference rooms, city government, county government, and public schools. Search by the Employee Name to find a state employee's phone number, fax number and agency. It includes listings of facilities offering detoxification, inpatient, outpatient, and medication-assisted treatment services, along with resources for co-occuring mental health conditions. The program is intended to help individuals and families identify and compare treatment providers based on location, services offered, and level of care.
