The SD State Government Phone Book is an online way to search for: employee name, phone number, agency staff, agency offices, conference rooms, city government, county government, and public schools. Search by the Employee Name to find a state employee's phone number, fax number and agency. (When clicking on City Government, County Government or Public Schools, users will be redirected to an outside website, in which the content and availability of these websites are beyond the control of the South Dakota Bureau of Information and Telecommunications).

This guide is produced as an initiative of the Human Services Collaborative and funded by the John T. Vucurevich Foundation. It was established to help people more readily identify and select licensed/credentialed practitioners and agencies. It includes both non profit and for profit behavioral health practioners, and is available in both printable and online searchable versions.

The Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) ensures that people with developmental disabilities have equal opportunities and receive the services and supports they need to live and work in South Dakota communities. Offers a wide array of services from intermittent support in a person's home to around-the-clock care. All services are offered with the goal of supporting people to live as independently as possible and supporting their health and safety needs.
