Provides a continuum of rehabilitation services for people with short- and long-term conditions, injuries, and disabilities. The goal is to improve health outcomes, make it easier for clients and families to get the right services for their needs, and reduce costs by preventing complications. Programs include:
Brain Injury Rehabilitation - Helping patients learn new skills to help manage many of the symptoms of brain injury.
Cancer rehabilitation - Addresses needs at each stage of treatment, helping patients cope with the effects of cancer and its treatment.
Chronic pain services - Comprehensive outpatient pain management services.
Comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation - Hospital-based rehabilitation program for those who require close medical monitoring and management of medical conditions.
Comprehensive stroke rehabilitation program - Evidence-based treatments support individuals who have had a stroke as they regain daily living skills and become as independent as possible.
Courage Kenny Kids - Offering physical and occupational therapy and speech-language pathology.
Courage Kenny Spine Centers - Provides specialized, nonsurgical treatment for low back and neck pain.
Spinal Cord Rehabilitation - Offers inpatient and outpatient services for persons with a spinal cord injury.
Occupational/physical therapy and speech-language pathology - Providing clinic based outpatient rehabilitation therapy.

An online support group for those who have had a stroke or other brain injury/illness. The main focus of the group is to provide opportunity to socialize with others, provide resources, and offer support. This group is facilitated by a speech pathologist, however, no therapy is performed during meetings.

Any individual who has had a brain injury is welcome to attend. The support group is also available for family members. Brain injuries can be obtained from accidents, falls, multiple concussions, tumors, stokes, lack of oxygen, epilepsy and Parkinson's, to name a few. The brain injury may be a recent injury or one that has been acquired for many years.
