Each conference seeks to serve the gaps in services in the communities they serve. Friends in need may be offered referral to other agencies, advocacy, or direct assistance which may include utility bill and rent assistance payments, clothing or pharmacy to meet basic, immediate needs.

Provides worship services and children's ministry.

A public health nutrition program for income-eligible infants and children up to age 5, pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women. WIC provides nutrition education to help make healthy eating choices, breastfeeding education for expectant and new mothers looking to learn more about their infant nutrition options, referrals to connect families with quality medical care and other community services, and food benefits to help families purchase nutritious groceries at participating businesses statewide.

Provides mental health services and counseling for individuals, families, and couples. Issues such as depression, anxiety, panic, life transition and adjustment (such as career, mid-life, relationship changes, aging), coping with chronic illness, grief and loss, trauma, PTSD, job stress, issues relating to confidence, self esteem and empowerment, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), behavioral issues, anger, and parenting. Sessions offered in-person or via telehealth.

The Repair Affair program has volunteers do free accessibility related repairs for elderly or permanently disabled homeowners. Event will be held Tuesday, June 2, 2026. Projects considered include wheelchair ramps, handrails, grab bars and replacement of knobs to levers. The deadline for completed applications will be Friday, May 1, 2026. To qualify, an applicant must meet the following criteria: Applicant must own and occupy the home Applicant or dependent, must have a permanent disability OR be 65 years of age or older The home must be within Lincoln, Minnehaha, McCook or Turner counties Applicant's home must be a single-family dwelling. Income guidelines apply, see application. Improvements will not be done on mobile homes. Materials are donated through the Sioux Empire Home Builders Care Foundation and through the Housing Division of the City of Sioux Falls.

Rides provided for the following: ​Medical, Nutrition, Social/Recreation, Education, Shopping/Personal, and Employment. Wheelchair accessible and accepts Medicaid. Watch local newspapers for route schedules, holiday closings, special trips, committee meetings and public hearings. Mental health clinic addressing trauma in a safe and healthy way. Services offered include individual counseling, marriage counseling, divorce counseling, grief/bereavement counseling, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), child abuse counseling, child abuse survivor counseling for adults, family counseling, couples counseling, trauma informed therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), adolescent/youth counseling, parent counseling, spouse/intimate partner abuse counseling, telemental health, traumatic incident reduction, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Free little pantry - located in front of the church, on the lawn. Accessible 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

A monthly ecumenical worship service with children's activities. Each service is hosted by a ministry partner. Worship is followed by a community meal/picnic. Hygiene kits, and snack bags are available based on supply. Need not attend worship to receive the meal, hygiene kits, and snack bags. All are welcome. Need a ride? GROW South Dakota is a HUD approved Housing Counseling agency and Housing Education Resource Organization (HERO) offering individual and online education for home ownership. Also offers one on one pre-purchase, rental counseling, and financial management for homeowners.

Responsible for monitoring the financial reporting, cash management, accounts receivable and payable, expenditure, cash receipts, and fixed asset accounting. The Finance Office also handles the annual budget and is responsible for Municipal Elections.

Provides the food vouchers, prescription expense assistance (medicine only), vision expense assistance (eyeglasses and contacts), and personal care items (laundry soap, cleaning supplies, and hygiene items). Please note, prescription assistance is for those without insurance and it is for one time only! Personal care assistance is once in a calendar year.

Issues treated include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, substance abuse disorders, domestic abuse/violence, grief and loss, trauma, relational issues, and significant life changes. Offering sessions via telehealth.

Psychiatric care for people with anxiety, depression, mental illness, and addiction disorders. Staffed with a psychiatrist and counselor. Provides Buprenorphine Based MAT (Medication assisted treatment) to help people with an opioid use disorder abstain from or reduce their use of opioids. Can only serve people within a 50 mile radius of Aberdeen.

Provides worship services for all and Sunday school for ages 3 years through adult.

Program promotes outdoor activities and wildlife conservation by offering access to 100 acres of land, Over 2 miles of hiking trails, and pond. The Outdoor Campus offers several programs for youth, adults, and families including Women's Try-It Day, Fishing, Archery, Shooting, Hunting Skills, and South Dakota natural history.
