 Outpatient counseling for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Covering topics such as abuse and/or sexual abuse, anger management, anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADD/ADHD), depression, emotion and behavior regulation for children, grief and loss, life transition and adjustment issues, marriage and family issues, post traumatic stress (PTSD), relational violence/abuse, self-esteem, stress management, suicide intervention/crisis stabilization, teen problems, wellness counseling, and women's issues. Offers telehealth services. Family Pathways (Family Outreach Services) counselors providing intensive counseling and support services for children in community locations such as home or school. Psychiatric Services include assessments and medication management. CARE - Continuous Assistance, Rehabilitation, and Education services for adults with severe mental illness.

A community meal is served on Wednesdays followed by fellowship and activities. All are welcome to attend.

Provides Public Health Nursing and Maternal Child Healthcare Services through various programs. General public health services include professional nursing and nutrition information and guidance on health, safety, and nutrition for individuals, families, and communities. Services such as influenza vaccinations and screenings for blood pressure, hearing, vision, and hemoglobin are available at a fee. Maternal Child Healthcare provides Infant Sleep Safety services, immunizations, and pregnancy support services. Infant Sleep Safety services provide education on infant safe sleep practices and link families to resources when the purchase of a crib is a financial hardship. ​Immunizations services are available for children from birth through age 18 for all universally recommended vaccinations including influenza. The Vaccines for Children's Program provides vaccines for children who are uninsured, have insurance that does not cover vaccinations, are Medicaid eligible, or are Native American or Alaskan Native. For families with insurance coverage, the Department of Health is an in-network provider for Sanford, Avera/Dakotacare, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. ​Pregnancy Support Services include regular visits with a nurse to share information about pregnancy, to provide assistance in obtaining early and on-going prenatal care from a qualified healthcare provider, and to link women to resources they may need to support a healthy pregnancy. Teaching topics may include: how your body is changing and how your baby is growing; eating healthy and gaining the right amount of weight; warning signs or symptoms that indicate you should contact your doctor; breastfeeding education and support; and caring for you and your baby after delivery. The Watertown location is also able to provide car seats for all ages when the purchase of a car seat is financial hardship.

Services include personal care, errand/shopping assistance, transportation to and from appointments, and homemaker assistance. Also provides information and referral to clients to utilize resources in the community.

Children's Advocacy Center services, providing a medical evaluation for children, including a child forensic interview and comprehensive head-to-toe physical examination. Avera St. Mary's Central South Dakota Child Assessment Center's mission is to provide a strong multidisciplinary, cooperative team approach in order to better serve children who are victims of child abuse. Services are provided regardless of ability to pay.

Meals on Wheels Western South Dakota are funding lunch at no charge for seniors (60+) accompanying their grandchildren. ​The Black Hills Area Community Foundation will fund lunch for adults (19-59 years old) accompanying their children. Medical assistance programs include: ​Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP): Coverage includes such things as doctor, hospital, prescription drugs, counseling, dental and glasses. Insurance for children up to age 19 at no cost to the family if the income is below certain income levels found on the Federal Poverty Guidelines. If the family income is below 140%, the children may be eligible with or without private health insurance. If there is insurance, CHIP will pay the deductibles, co-insurance, and possibly some medical services not covered by the private insurance. ​Medicaid: Health care coverage for people who qualify. To be eligible for Medicaid, individuals must fall into a coverage group and meet certain financial and non-financial eligibility criteria. Provides help for older adults and people with disabilities.

Emergency shelter and advocacy to battered women and their children as well as victims of sexual assault and human trafficking. Off-site advocacy available for male victims. CISS provides a 24-hour crisis line, financial assistance (when funds are available), counseling, referrals, legal aid (when funds are available), assistance with protection orders and Crime Victims Compensation program.

Connects people to safe and confidential services related to preventing pregnancy, achieving pregnancy, and assisting to achieve the desired number of children. Also offers STI screening, pregnancy testing, birth control options, and resources to maintain a healthy reproductive system.

Enables adults of all ages to maintain their independence by providing a safe, home-like environment in a community group setting that offers therapeutic activities, exercise, healthcare, and nutrition services. Program participants receive a day full of activities that promote social, physical, and emotional well-being. The Adult Day Services Programs provide respite for caregivers so they are able to continue working or relax and take time for themselves.

Sioux Falls has six ice rinks around the city. Each ice rink has a warming house, limited concessions, vending and skate rentals available. Hours may change, subject to weather. Hours of operation are for the warming house. Those who have their own skates are welcome to skate during normal park hours. **Parents of small children should be especially aware of weather conditions and warming house hours before leaving children at the outdoor rinks when weather conditions are extreme. Children ages 6 and under must be accompanied by someone 16 years of age or older. Locations are: Campus Park Frank Olson Park Jacobson Plaza, The Skate Ribbon and Warming House McKennan Park Memorial Park Sherman Park Tuthill Park Sioux Falls has two Hockey Rinks, both are 200' x 85' regulation-size ice rinks with the light levels up to outdoor hockey lighting standards. Investigates deaths that are not clearly due to natural causes, such as sudden, unexpected, or unnatural deaths. They determine the cause and manner of death through investigations, which may include autopsies, scene examinations, and witness interviews. Additionally, they identify the deceased, notify next of kin, and ensure proper release of personal effects.

Connecting neighbors in need with resources, including a local food pantry, gas vouchers, utility (including water, electric, and gas bills with a disconnection notice), and rent help. Love Inc is not income based, rather they are need based. If Love, Inc is unable to help, clients will be referred to the appropriate agency. Programs include: Friday Backpack Program (healthy snacks for weekends), Adopt-A-Student Backpack Program (supplies and backpack for the school year), personal care pantry, Helping Hands Baby Ministry, Love INC's Clothing Closet (a thrift store for the Canton community), and budgeting classes.
