An online support group for those who have had a stroke or other brain injury/illness. The main focus of the group is to provide opportunity to socialize with others, provide resources, and offer support. This group is facilitated by a speech pathologist, however, no therapy is performed during meetings.

60's + Dining is a senior congregate meal program that provides a nutritious noon meal which reduces or prevents malnutrition, a major cause of other health problems. The program also provides socialization for the participants, which helps ease the problem of isolation among older persons. Persons who are unable to leave their homes due to illness or frailty may receive a home-delivered meal, while those who are able to travel meet at a congregate site for their meals. Participants in the program are asked to make a donation for the meal, but no one is refused service if unable to do so. Frozen Meal Program available to any client over 60. Quality, balanced, nutritious meals are flash frozen in specialty containers that can be heated in the microwave.

Off-Leash dog parks rules for usage are posted at each site. Each site has a picnic table, trash receptacle, and plastic bag dispenser for owners to use to pick up after the pets. Meals on Wheels Western South Dakota are funding lunch at no charge for seniors (60+) accompanying their grandchildren. ​The Black Hills Area Community Foundation will fund lunch for adults (19-59 years old) accompanying their children. The drug court program is an intensely supervised treatment court for offenders who have a substance abuse disorder that relates to their criminal charges. Offers two types of CPR classes: Educational and American Heart Association Certification. The Educational CPR training is designed for groups or individuals that do not need certification and covers Hands-Only CPR and how to use an AED. This class will help you to recognize an emergency and how to act fast when minutes matter most. This class is free and takes about an hour. The American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification uses a blended format. Students will complete the online health portion through the AHA. There is a separate fee for online content. Students can then register for a Hands-on Skills session. There is a separate fee for the skills session, and it takes about an hour to complete. After completion of the online portion and skills session, an AHA certification card will be issued.
