To qualify, an applicant must meet the following criteria: Applicant must own and occupy the home Applicant or dependent, must have a permanent disability OR be 65 years of age or older The home must be within Lincoln, Minnehaha, McCook or Turner counties Applicant's home must be a single-family dwelling.
