Hy-Vee and Active Generations Nutrition Department partner together to offer "Your Choice Meals" - a hot nutritious meal for adults aged 60 and over, their spouse, and/or dependent adult living with them. The Hy-Vee "Your Choice" card offers the option of presenting pre-paid card at the Hy-Vee deli counter and selecting a meal from a designated menu. The diner can choose one meal per day. Sample Menus can be found on the website ​If interested, individuals are required to fill out a short National Aging Program Information System (NAPIS) form. The information is kept confidential.
