Provides transitional housing in a recovery-oriented sober living community. Services include addiction and mental health counseling, life skills and job training. Each resident is expected to create a self-directed income plan and housing plan and agree to live clean and sober. One Heart is not a shelter and accepts participants only through agency referrals. Partner providers able to make referrals include public, private and governmental agencies. Provides transitional, clinically-managed, low-intensity, open-ended residential treatment program for adult males. Treatment program is designed around an initial 90 day treatment plan. There are no guarantees as to the results of treatment. Services provided are a minimum of 12 hours of individual, group or family counseling per week. Residents are encouraged to take part in the outdoor operation of the facilities and participate in any of the recreational therapy programs. Intravenous (SP) (IV) Drug Users: Client referrals who are identified as having a history of using drugs intravenously (IV) will be prioritized for admission into this program.

Provides shelter for all suffering from domestic violence and/or sexual assault, and their families. In addition to shelter and food, services include: personal and rape advocacy, support groups, legal advocacy and referrals to other service agencies. The Women's Lodge can hold up to 18 adults and children before anyone has to sleep on the floor. Staff can also make arrangements if at full capacity or for other reasons if need be. Two-thirds of residents are usually children since most bring their children with them to protect them from the abuser's violence.

Marissa's Housing Project is a 12-unit apartment complex that supports the recovery of human trafficking survivors and keeps their families together. The house aims to meet the needs of survivors who wish to receive the support of CTF during their recovery but are also focused on healthy families. The fully furnished and secure complex offers 6 one-bedroom, 3 two-bedroom, and 3 three-bedroom units for women and their children. Support and stability are necessary for successful long term transitions out of human trafficking situations.

The first 10 months include the 4 phases of induction and training.
