Partner families are selected by Habitat based on: their need for housing; their willingness to partner with Habitat; and the ability to pay a 0% interest mortgage.
Assists in restoration on exterior of existing homes for people in need: Volunteers (including youth groups), are organized and recruited by Hub Area Habitat for Humanity to assist with the following projects for income eligible homeowners including: Exterior painting or siding, Minor exterior home repairs, or Yard work including: weeding, trimming shrubbery, raking leaves (yard rehabilitation, not lawn mowing). This does not include tree trimming of taking down a tree.
