If the school does not currently have the needed items, the school will reach out to the MSD Caring Closet and volunteers will do their best to help fulfill the student's needs. Love Inc is not income based, rather they are need based. If Love, Inc is unable to help, clients will be referred to the appropriate agency. Programs include: Friday Backpack Program (healthy snacks for weekends), Adopt-A-Student Backpack Program (supplies and backpack for the school year), personal care pantry, winter coat drive, Helping Hands Baby Ministry, Love Inc's Clothing Closet (a thrift store for the Canton community), and budgeting classes.

Also sell over the counter drugs as well as vitamins & supplements, school supplies, and personal hygiene items. Customers can also download the PocketRx mobile app in which it will help them set medication reminders and request to refill medications 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
